About me

My goal is to move and inspire the student to explore and develop potential. I like to work with the whole person- body, mind, and spirit.

Your instrument is your body so working with breath and movement is important. This ties into my experience practicing and teaching yoga for over 20 years.

I have decades working as a therapist and in believe it is important to negotiate the emotional journey of being an authentic musician and performer.

About you

Why do you sing?

What does music mean to you?

What are your fears, desires and goals?

How do you feel when you perform?

I  encourage my students to be curious, ask questions, experiment and take chances. That is where great growth can occur.
